Sample Menu (as of 10.10.24)

At The Pheasant the menu evolves seasonally and is designed with sharing in mind.  
We encourage guests to order a variety of dishes to enjoy together.
Many dishes can be modified to be gluten-free, dairy-free, and/or vegetarian or vegan upon request.

 Our current menu features ingredients sourced from the following Cape Cod/MA farmers & fishermen:

- Chatham Bars Inn Farm (Brewster): vegetables, greens, and herbs

- Cape Coastal Farm Products aka "Uli's Mushrooms" (Truro): shiitake, oyster mushrooms

- McGuire’s Mushrooms (Hingham): assorted mushrooms - oyster, chestnut, pioppino, lions mane, etc.

- A.R.C. Hatchery (Dennis): oysters, count neck clams

- F/V Midnight Our (Harwich): day boat scallops

- Pain D'Avignon (Hyannis): sourdough
