Onion, garlic, shallot, and leek (alliums) are foundational to our cooking and are present in nearly all of our stocks, sauces, dressings, and condiments, which are prepared in advance. While we take all allergies seriously and will always be transparent about what's in a dish, we are unable to guarantee an allium-free meal and have very limited ability to modify dishes for allium allergies. If you have a severe allium allergy, please contact us before booking so we can discuss honestly whether we're the right fit for your visit — we'd much rather have that conversation ahead of time.
